Main body of machine

One

1) Disk: Using 1.5mm **4#screen stencil, rolling pin, Pin cover is **4#, main transmission is PuJiang worm wheel worm retarder.

2) Disk ceiling: Inwall of upper layer top disk, **4# stainless steel skeleton, middle part is steam insulating course.

3) Disk Central cylinder: Center upright post and center support use outer packing **4# stainless steel。

4) Disk upper part wall: Outer insulating course, laminboard wall cover **4# stainless steel.

6) Disk bottom: Disk foundation is concrete.

7) Packing auger material all use **4# stainless steel, striker plate is 3mm **4# stainless steel. Using Changzhou Guomao retarder as motion. Powder is 2.2kw.
