Kurkure snacks extruder machine/fried cheetos/twist snacks equipment

The kurkure are extruded snack ,very crunchy and great in taste ,kurkure are made by extrusion process,the kurkure corn meal is moistured in the mixer with water ,fed to rotary die the extruder,in the extruder ,due to excess heat and pressure from the screws the maeal gets heats and moistures content get reduce.the meal passes through die and get cut by cutting knife into requried length.the kurkure are fried  in the oil ,and cooled  before flavoring .the seasoning is sprayed on the kurkure to  improve the taste

1 flour mixer

to mixthe corn meal with water prepare flour for kurkure

2 rotary die extruder

to cook the corn meal and extrude tthe kurkure from die ,the rotary die  twists and curls the meal before extruding  giving a uniform texture 

3 automatic fry machine 

to fyr the kurkure in the hot oil,the uniform frying intruducing the crunchy taste to kurkure

4 colling conveyor

to cool the hot kurkure ,redure the tempreture before packing 

5 automatic flavring machine

ro add requried seasoning to fried and cooled kurkure to give the different flavor

6  automatic packing machine 

to pack the kurkure into attractive printed pounches with gas flusing
