  Ladle turret,rotating arms of which can rotate **0°ï¼Œis installed on the concrete foundation (in front of the casting platform).Ladle can be changed between ladle receiving position and ladle working position automatically and accurately by virtue of positioning system.

  Ladle moving car moves along the rails on the steel structure platform.Ladle can be moved from ladle receiving position to ladle working position accurately by virtue of horizontal movement.

  Fixed ladle support is immovable support,independent from casting platform.Because there is only ladle working position,ladle change has been carried out in this way:one crane lifts empty ladle away,and then immediately another crane lifts full ladle onto the working position.
