•Manual feeding equipment
Manually place the work piece , and feed it to the welding start
the welding machine to weld the work piece in a row ,then push it
to the next station until finish the whole work piece. This type
is with low cost and high work intensity.
• Semiautomatic
feeding equipment
Manually place the work piece , automatically feed it to the
welding station ,and weld the work piece in a row ,then
automatically push it to the next station until finish the whole
work piece , the finished will return automatically . This type
can improve the productivity ,reduce the work intensity and
improve the quality .
Automatic double
layers feeding equipment
The use of advanced
PLC and flexible man-machine interface controlling and the
precise servo motor driving system makes it available on
continuous automatically feeding and welding. It is with front
and back two layers table ,so when one layer table is in welding
work ,another can be used to place the work piece, then change
the work after welding .It effectively improve the work
efficiency , and also it can weld the different specification of
metal mesh conveniently through adjusting the man-machine
interface .
