Theory:
Laser beams focus on the surface of workpiece which needs marking through a focusing lens, then scanned by X and Y galvanometer. The origin focused light spot was the smallest if the origin of coordinates is focal plane. When the galvanometer scanning laser beam which marks on the surface of workpiece is away from the origin, the beam will not be on the focal plane (the focal plane is spherical, while the workpiece surface is plane), the focusing spot will become large, thus the spot diameter will be different in the the marking surface of the whole workpiece, as well as the marking line width. If add a dynamic focusing lens in front of the focusing lens, when the galvanometer scanning laser beam scanning is away from the origin, it can make the focus remain on the surface of workpiece by changing the position of dynamic focusing lens, thus the spot diameter is here as big as the origin of spot diameter. By moving the dynamic focusing lens, so that the spot diameter is small and all at the same size in all marking scope , and thus it can realize the small light spot, wide range, high speed laser marking。
