LAXMI MINI POLISHER RICE MILL UNIT 1) In this Modern Polisher Rice Mill unit, Cleaning of Paddy, De-husking of Paddy, separation of Husk, Rice polishing, removal of Bran and separation of small & big brokens from rice are done in a single operation only. 2) Paddy will be cleaned with the help of a pre-cleaner which consists of 2 different sizes of perforated sheets. 3) This mill is equipped with a built-in Polisher with jet air cooling blower to lower the temperature while polishing the rice, thus reducing the brokens. Paddy grains also get shelled and polished in this special polisher. 4) A separator Sieve is arranged in front of the mill to separate small as well as big brokens from the finished rice. Consists: Tray type Pre-Cleaner, 5” Rubber Roll Sheller, Husk Aspirating Chamber, Polisher, Double tray Sieve for separating broken rice.
