LED Displays of *-segment is fall within semiconductor digit LED series. We can produce a wide range of LED display in single or other types, including Dual, Triple, four and Over. Including alpha-numeric LED display. Our single display which can reach from 0.*8 inch to 5.0 inch, one unit to six unit. The dices of the display we produce are reliable and good, so our digit display are selling totally good, they can meet the client's requested. The ULS****1AX/BX is a 7.0mm(0.*8")high single digit *-segment alphanumeric dispaly. The High Red(S) source color devices are made with Gallium Arenide Phosphide on Gallium Phosphide Orange Light Emitting Diode. The product have a black/gray/red face and white/red/green/yellow segments. Application: Widely apply to home appliance like air-conditioner, water heater fridge, liquid crystal display, fluorescent display, etc.
