We are specialized in the manufacture of LED packing resin.
1.Specifications
1)high TG point epoxy 
2)white color/blue color LEDs

2.Adopt advanced high-technology and good quality raw materials to produce epoxy resin, it has low viscosity , perfect mechanical and water-clear performance,high-light transmittance and good application technology after gelling, high TG point ,which  suits for LED lamps encapsulation.

3.Operation Instruction 
   a. When Part A and Part B mixed ,the reaction begins and the viscosity gets denser and denser. So please make sure to use up during pot life time .or it will effect the property performance .
   b. Unspent Part A and Part B should be kept separately ,to avoid deterioration ,other materials should not be mixed into it .
   c. It should stir sufficiently when part A and part B mixed to avoid gelling slowly and property surface friable .
   d. Please bake it duly after injection to avoid water absorption at surface .
   e. Part A should have pre-warm-up before mixed with part B to lower viscosity and make it easily mixed sufficiently and defoam bubbles. We suggest temperature at *5±5.
    f. Part B components are acid anhydride,it is easily to absorb water from air ,then appear sediment ,to avoid deterioration, please keep container sealed .
    g. Pay attention to the pot life time ,when part A and part B mixed ,please try to use up during pot life stated above , or it will effect the application techniques and quality of the products.
    h. Mode dope put inside ,no need extra spray mode dope.
    i. Baking temperature range is **5~**0.Please pay attention to lower temperature and exceeded temperature baking .
4.  Operation procedure 
a, Part A pre-warm-up for one hour at temperature *0 degree baker  
b. Part A and part B mixed by weight **0:**0 ratio ,then stir for 3min*5min
c. Mixture defoam *0 minutes in vacuum chamber, we suggest prolong *5 minutes after seeing bubbles broken.
d. Put mixture into injection machine 

5. Safety Attentions
This product does not belong to dangerous article when curing completely. But incompletely cured epoxy resin and hardener have more or less plethora to human body .So please pay attention to following points 
a.      Keep working condition clean, air fresh ,if possible ,provide a ventilator 
b.       Avoid contact with human body directly 
c.       Wear gloves 
d.       Wash hands carefully with soap ,if possible wash with acetone and alcohol first ,then soap and water 
e.       If contacts with hardener , to cause skin allergic, Please dip it in 1% dilute acetum liquid for *0 minutes ,then seek medical treatment 
f.        If eye contacted ,please wash with running water for *5 minutes ,then seek medical treatment
