System Principle: 
Using the solar panel generate power when there is sunshine at daytime, and save the energy at the battery. 
At night, the voltage of the solar panel less than 4V, the charging controller will make the LED light power on. 
And in the morning, the voltage of the solar panel will increase, when the voltage the higher than 4V, the LED light will power off. 
Installation Steps: 
1. Install the triangle and sleeve bracket at the solar panel, and the cable of the positive and negative come out from the sleeve. (Step one)
2. Adjust the orientation to south(Step two)
3. Install the lithium battery at the pole, connect to the solar panel connector, and put all the cables insides the pole. (Step Three)
4. Intall the LED light, adjust the angle, connect the LED to the battery, and put all the avble inside the pole. (Step four)
5. After installing solar panel, battery and LED light on the pole, put the pole to the basement screws, and locking bolt. (Step five)
Basement: 
Making the basement: The size of the solar street light embedded pits is 800x800x1000mm, the screws out out of ground is 100mm(see the picture), basement be made of concrete, when pour it, the screws from basement must parallel to the road. 
Faults And Screening: 
1. Finish installation, the LED light performance well for a long time. But one day found that the LED work only 2-4hours, the fault maybe the solar panel be sheltered from the trees or other things, then the sunshine could not reach to the solar panel, and could not generate power. 
2. LED light power off all the time, maybe the controller in the the battery system is broken, just need to replace the battery system is okay.
