Luoke Anaerobic Threadlocker(**2/**2/**3/**2/**1/**7/**0)

 

Luoke anaerobic thread locker is a cost effective and superior alternative to lock washers, locking threads, and studs. Luoke has a complete line of loctite equivalent anaerobic threadlockers. They prevent loosening due to vibration or thermal expansion on all metal threaded fasteners and provide corrosion resistant seals.

 

The wide range of viscosity spans from very low wicking grades for post assembly sealing and weld porosity sealing to high viscosity for large nuts and bolts. Sealants are available in permanent and removable grades as well as high temperature resistant grades.

 

 

LK**2 screw lock:

low strength, thixotropic viscosity, used for locking and sealing of threads between M2 and M8 (better if below M6). Easy removal with ordinary tools.

LK**2 nut lock:

medium strength, universal type, thixotropic viscosity. For the M*-M*0 thread locking and sealing. removable. With lubrication function to achieve accurate clamping load.

LK**3 nut lock:

oil resistance, medium strength, fast curing, can be used to inert surfaces, easy to disassemble. Can be used on slightly greasy surface, can be used for locking and sealing of threads below M*0.

LK**1 stud lock:

high strength, low or medium viscosity, for permanent locking and sealing of thread below M*6.

LK**2 high strength nut lock:

high strength, suitable for most metal surfaces. Thixotropic viscosity, good chemical resistance. For locking and sealing of thread below M*0. It is a permanent locking thread locking agent, excellent rust and corrosion resistance in extreme chemical environments.

LK**2 high temperature stud lock:

high temperature, high strength. Can be used for thread locking of cylinder double heads, fast curing for most surfaces including cleaning fasteners, are suitable for bolts below 1.5''(*8mm). Removal calls for heating and tools.

LK**7 high strength stud lock :

high strength, high viscosity, excellent chemical resistance. For permanent locking and sealing of thread below M*6. Prevents thread rust and corrosion, removal calls for heating and tools.

LK**0 penetrant:

penetration level, high strength, medium or high viscosity, fast curing. Applicable for locking and sealing of thread of assembled screws and bolts between M2 and M*2. Also be used to seal welds, iron sandstone porous (below 0.*0mm), to prevent rust and corrosion of threads. Removal calls for part heating and tools.
