Flotation Machine Usable Range Flotation machine is applicable for separating non-ferrous metal (copper, zinc, lead, nickel, gold, etc.), black metal, noble metal and non-metal minerals (Coal fluorite, talc, etc.) to reclaim useful materials. It can process raw materials by coarse separation, fine separation and floatation. Advantages This machine has the advantages of large air-absorption capacity and low energy consumption. Every cell owns trowel functions: air absorption, slurry absorption and floatation separation and the cell form a floatation separation loop by itself without any auxiliary equipment. Working Principle In flotation machine, the ore slurry is mixed some agentia and gas-filled by stirring. This will lead to some mineral grains fixing on the bubbles selectively and others will stay in the slurry. Adjust the height of the flashboard and control the surface of the liquid level to scrape the useful foam and reach the aim of separating the magnetic materials. Notice The ups and downs of the mineral is not related to mineral density. It is researched that the relocatability of minerals is related to their hydrophilcity. The minerals which are easy to water-wet will stay in the slurry. Otherwise, they will fix on foams.
