Introduction

Titanium spiral corrugated pipe is processed through a special rolling process, with double-sided ring spiral-shaped grooves of the corrugated heat transfer tube shown in Figure.

 

Features

The coefficient for overall heat transfer has been remarkably improved because of the turbulent flow effect on the inner surface and outer surface of the tube caused by the corrugation,it can be 1.**2.6 times ,in comparison with that for smooth tubes.

Now we can make small to 9.*2mm rare in Chinese market.

Usage

Due to its good heat transfer efficiency and lower small pressure loss, coaxial corrugated tube heat exchanger making it particularly suitable for heat pump systems. Can be widely used in water-cooled condensers, water chillers and water / ground source heat pump.
