LU***5 food safety detector (six-functions) is an integrated detector specially used to detect the formaldehyde, pesticide residue, sulfur dioxide，nitrate, nitrite and rongalite. It is applicable to fields of all grades of farm produce quality and safety testing centers, industry and commerce administration bureau, production base, farmer's market, supermarket, Environmental Protection Bureau, schools, restaurants, eateries and so on.

Principle

Colorimetric Analysis: it is based on the selective absorption to light of the Colored compounds that created by the reaction of reagent and the formaldehyde, rongalite, nitrate, nitrite, sulfur dioxide and pesticide residue in the food. 

Characteristic

1. It adopts the recently promulgated national standard method or national standard modified method to detect the content of formaldehyde, pesticide residue, sulfur dioxide, nitrate, nitrite and rongalite in the food;

2. Big LCD, human-machine interactive operation, small size, light weight and easy to carry;

3. It adopts SCM intelligent control, has the functions of measuring, setting, storing, printing and curve making and correcting, and with high automatization;

4. It has calibration function, high measurement accuracy; with big data storage capacity, it can store at most **0 groups of testing data; it is equipped with interface for micro printer and RS***2;

5. It can detect food sample without adding any apparatus by user, because this detectors are equipped with pre-processing equipments and full of reagent.
