1) Packing: Machine wrap with film and put into exporting plywood standard box.

2) Delivery: Send to warehouse and will put into container.

Machine Knowledge

Every sheet metal stamping line starts with a decoiler to stock and uncoiling the coil.

So customer should know to choose the suitable decoiler machine for your stamping line.

Following instructions help you to make right option.

1) Confirm your metal sheet thickness. If thickness more than 2mm, we suggest you buy decoiler with press arm is better for coil uncoiling, more safe and convenience.

2) Confirm your coil width. This is important to make sure your coils are able to be holded on the decoiler.

3) Confirm your coil weight. It is an important part to choose the right decoiler. If your coils weight is more than decoiler loading capacity, will damage the machine.

4) Confirm your minium strip width. This is very important but most customer might ignore the information. This information will help factory to make the right and best machine for you.

For example, most factory produce standard decoiler model is start from **0mm width, if your material is only ****5mm width, we will suggest our non-standard decoiler **0mm for you.

Another example, if your strip width is *0mm, we will make smaller press arm roller, if make press arm roller width *0mm, it is not good for you to use.
