Single screw loss-in-weight feeder is designed to provide high-accuracy, high value gravimetric feeding for a variety of materials including pellets, granules, free flowing powders and other bulk materials. Feed rates are possible from 0.*****0 L/hr, with accuracy up to ±0.*5%.

Single screw feeders are available with a wide range of interchangeable feed screws depending on the material being fed. The feeder is mounted on the scale, which uses a high speed and highly accurate load cell. The scale material is stainless steel and the scale housing is completely enclosed. All material contact parts are stainless steel. The feeder is easily disassembled for cleaning or change-over. The special design of the feeding bowl is unique and patented.
