MCB Automatic Testing line

Each unit of the equipment accomplish all its mechanical action under the control of PLC and computer, and makes the realization of whole line networking. Users can use special APP to dynamically view on line the operation status, products assembly and testing. To  ensure thatthe  equipment can work normally at 0‐*0℃，debugging equipment  compensates current automatically according to different surrounding  temperature.  The whole equipment features reasonable design, high mechanical strength and easy maintenance. In consideration of components deformation during manufacturing, moving and assembling and dimension error due to water absorption of shell, the equipment provides more stable operation and reliable assembly which the traditional process cant reach. It realizes from complex traditional manual operation to fully automatic manufacturing and testing. It not only saves labor, but also guarantees the quality of the products.

1、The warranty period of the equipment is one year. If the parts and units damaged within warranty period due to the company or product itself, they can be maintained by sellers free of charge. Whats more, except wearing parts, the units and parts can be replaced free of charge also.

2、The equipment is with life-long maintenance, and the seller charges for labor costs within the warranty period. When the units and parts need replacing, the seller charges for material cost if it is not caused by seller.

3、When the fault compliment is received, seller shall respond by phone, fax and e-mail within four hours. maintenance will be taken place after getting visa and purchasing ticket

4、The seller company provides free training for the operators.

5、Seller company provides operating instruction and main easily damaged parts drawing for customers.

6. Visa cost and the travelling cost of round air tickets, 4 star or above hotel charge to be borne by the Buyer.

7、Following conditions are not under warranty:

 a. Wearing parts which are agreed by two parties.

b. The equipment is breakdown because of natural disaster such as earthquake, fire and lighting stroke, or improper operation.

c. The units and parts are damaged because users take apart and assemble by themselves.
