 PCM:
the protection circuit is designed for the safety of the pack. Because of the chemical characteristics of lithium battery, the protection functions of PCM, such as over-charge, over-discharge, short circuit, over-current, should be provided to avoid fire and explosion. 
Gas Gauge IC:
main IC, which uses BQ gas gauge IC of TI, constantly monitors the pack working parameters, such as voltage, current, temperature, capacity , which ensures the pack works safely, stably and efficiently.
Packing:
2.1 Use the special molding PC+ABS shell to fully insulate each other, and assemble the covers bysuper glue, which is helpful for fastness and good appearance.
2.2 Adopt the special nickel strip to afford the large current and make the current consistency througheach cell very well.
