1.Applied with steel plate:
Steel plates are SPCC-SD shaped by folding four sides and can be chose any different thickness such as (0.7/0.8/1.0）mm to meet the clients'demand.The strengthened bars welding under the steel plate according to the client's requirements are powder coated which is smooth and wearable with nice appearance.
2.Applied with steel wire:
Steel wire which is made of 3mm carbon steel wire can be used on the racks according to client's requirements.The amount of strengthened bars will be decided according to the loading capacity installed under the steel wire with smooth and wearable features.
3.Applied with wood board
Wood board can be applied for client's requirement which can lower the cost and also meet the usage demand.Wood board is usually *7mm multi-tier veneer and *5mm flakeboard.Support bars can avoid the distortion of the board owing to long time usage.
4.Three upright structures：
When the steel board and wood board are put on the racks,it is better to use the structure of three uprights due to good loading capacity and stability,meanwhile,this structure can reduce the cost.
