description】 MCA
is a kind of nitrogen-based halogen-free combustion retardant, it
works through Nitrogen/Oxygen. its mechanism: MCA decarbonizes in
high temperature, with thermal & oxygen insulation, so when
plastic materials meet fire, MCA absorbs heat, decompose and
release inert gas, that will dilute nitrogen and combustible gases,
reduce exposure and depress the drips in flames.
MCA is halogen-free flame retardant used in
polyamide, especially applicable to PA*6 &
PA6.
If use MCA with phosphate ester, can be
applicable to PBT,PET,PC and other unsaturated thermosetting
polyester.
ã€Use】Used
as fire-retarding plasticizer of cellulose resin, vinyl resin,
natural or synthetic rubber, with excellent retention rate of
mechanical properties, transparency, softness and toughness. Used
as plasticizer and fire-retarding additive of nitro cellulose,
coating, glyceryl triacetate film, soft sheet, hard PU foam and
engineering plastic.
