Rainguard Micro-Sealâ„¢ Silane Siloxane Water Repellent

Ready-to-Use is a superior, top of the line **0% active, low VOC, clear penetrating water repellent with a unique blend of silane/siloxanes and exclusive Micro-Lok nano based formulation for use on horizontal and vertical concrete, brick, and other porous surfaces. Micro-sealâ„¢ forms a long-chain water repellent barrier deep within the surface. This hydrophobic barrier repels water and salts yet remains highly vapor permeable, allowing moisture to escape. Micro-sealâ„¢ provides excellent warrantied protection for a wide range of commercial, industrial, infrastructure and residential projects.

 

As part of Rainguard's committment to the environment, Micro-seal™ Silane Siloxane Water Repellent is an environmentally responsible and green water based, low VOC product, meeting the USGBC LEED credit requirements (EQ Credit 4.**1 point) for low VOC paint and coatings.
