Result microbe decomposition agent is a new high-tech product made by optimum distribution of the following facultative microbiotas and their quantities: Bacillus subtilis, Rhodothe ceglutinis lactise, Pichia pastoris, Hansenula anomala, Debaryomyces hansenii and Trichosporon mucoides. The distribution process is according to the factors of soil humus and humus acid formation. The moisture of the soil humus and humus acid is the key to measure the soil fertility and seek for its improving. The more the humus is, the better capacity to control water, fertility, gas and heat balance of field. As the goal is increasing the soil humus or humus acid, we work at it through supplement of helpful microorganisms and return the stalks by decomposing them directly, and we distribute facultative microbiotas rationally according to the different cropping system and climate conditions in areas .So we choose facultative mid-temperature microorganisms for they are good for those facultative microbiotas producing humus; we mainly choose Bacillus subtilis, Rhodothe ceglutinis lactise, Pichia pastoris, Hansenula anomala, Debaryomyces hansenii and Trichosporon mucoides according to the component feature of the stalks of crop. Our product Result microbe decomposition agent creates a precedent of using the facultative microorganisms to decompose crop stalks. One gram of Result microbe decomposition agent contains more than 5 hundred millions of dormant live bacteria. Facultative microorganisms got a better antirecession force and adaptability than fast propagation microorganisms. The difference shows out in soil by the following four periods. Setting and adapting phase: After facultative microorganisms being activated, apply them to the stalks and with an adaptive phase about **7 days they began to breed and grow. The main appearance is: bacterial filaments and colonies appeared in large quantity at the boundary between the soil and the stalks, and the stalks touching the earth appeared like being waterlogged. Breeding and growing phase: As the setting is finished, the microorganisms breed and grow in large quantity, and the amount of the microbiotas enlarged quickly. In this period, the stalk’s disposal is beginning from the phloem, and then the dipcoats begin to come off, the surface area covered by cellulose comesto be enlarged, the microfibers of full hydrolysis begin to decompose; the extracellular glycosidic bond of enzyme is being attacked. Growing and breeding phase: During this period, the growing of individuals is the first mission, supplemented by the breeding. As more and more fiber decomposition microorganisms being bred, there should be plenty of glycosidic bond . Here are the appearances: fibrin being soft, stalks being kneaded into small pieces easily.
