The Milano hides folded extensions stored inside. The table opens from the center in stages to allow for a variety of hosting scenarios. When unfolding the extensions, an addition on an axis is rotated into place to complete the table apron and give a clean, uniform look to the entire table. Heavy duty rails are used, able to carry a lot of weight, so no moving legs are required. The table legs are designed as arches, inspired by ancient architecture.
