Milk Protein Concentrate *0 is manufactured via proprietary ceramic filtration process that isolates native milk proteins in a highly concentrated form.  This product provides exceptional nutritive value for a wide variety of food products formulations and applications.

MPC *0 is usable as substitution of Skim Milk in production of processed cheese.

Nativeis the classification thatis given to dairy ingredients which are extracted directly from liquid skim milk using the newest ceramic filtration and nano filtration membranes. Nativeare characterized as valued-addedingredients with a low lactose and fat content.
