Our 5D cinema is based on 4D cinema. 4D cinemas is a combination of 4D special effect seats and 3D traditional movies. 4D cinema just has dynamic chairs with very few special effects, while 5D cinema is able to take the moviegoers to a simulative world and experience more special effects with high technology.

Compared with other types of cinema, 5D cinema adopts high technology, highlighting themes and impressive impact in the stereo movie. With the increasing requirement of the amusement market, the development of video amusement technology is also rising. Viewers can experience shocks, falls, rises and other effects in some 4D cinemas, while in the 5D cinema, they are able to experience different kinds of fresh features such as lightning, snow, water spraying, wind blowing, bubble, smog, leg sweeping and many other funny effects, which are not included in our 4D cinema. Take one film “Roller Coaster” as an example, the viewers are able to experience all kinds of exciting movements and feelings such as falling, rolling, wind blowing, water spraying and so on.


5D cinema consists of the following:
Motion Chairs
5D motion chairs move according to the film story. The motion chairs contain some effects which are controlled by the computer. The main difference between 4D and 5D cinema is that there is only wind blowing and dynamic system in 4D cinema while 5D cinema contains more abundant unique effects controlled by the computer such as falling, shaking, blowing, water spraying, rotating, yawing, pitching and rolling.

Therefore, the chairs can mobilize the perceptual system of the viewers and make them really come into the plots. This makes the viewers feel the scene closely and enjoy a completely new experience.

For the moment there are three kinds of motion chairs. They are pneumatic system, hydraulic power system and servo motor system. The pneumatic chairs are of the lowest price, but the quality is not good enough. Chairs of this kind are fit for the use of large cinemas. Comparatively, the price of hydraulic chairs is moderate, and the quality is also favorable. These chairs, whose life is one to three years, are widely used in normal cinemas. The servo motor chairs are the most expensive ones, and of course, they are of the best quality.

Our company has the patent in the production system of motion chairs, which are the best ones for 5D cinema use. Their movement is the most synchronized with the sound and story on the screen whose error value is 0.*5 mm. They are therefore undoubtedly the most applicable ones in the entertainment field.

Screen
From the visual sense, the screen structure of 5D cinema has three kinds of screens: Flat screen, semicircle arc screen and circular screen. The aspect ratio of the screen is *6: 9, and it can widely expand the movement scope and horizon of 3D objects, get rid of the constraint of plane sight and make the movie space resemble the real space. It can generate many modes of motion such as crossing and surrounding.

That’s how it makes the feeling of change of space and time. (It’s different from the “flat four-dimensional video”, which limits not only the audience’s visual angle but also the movement direction of the objects.)

Polarized Glasses (3D glasses)
In order that the viewers can fully enjoy stereoscopic motion pictures, we exclusively design and manufacture cylinder polarized glasses (the “stereo glasses”) for watching stereoscopic motion pictures. It makes different movie images from the left and right eyes of the viewers so that the images reflected in the human brain is a 3D image, thus creating an immersed scene of the three-dimensional visual space.
We provide three kinds of 3D glasses: one for kids, one for nearsighted adults and one for adults only.

Digital Audio System
Digital audio system produces sound of high quality. The 5D cinema sound system is made up of multi-channel surround sound system. 5.1 systems are used to provide sound to enhance the environmental sound effect. 5D multi-channel surround sound system is designed and produced taking fully account of the stereoscopic motion pictures in 5D cinema. It can accurately locate objects in the motion so that the sound is also together with the stereo film to form a real three-dimensional sense of space.

Computer Control System
To make sure that the above elements achieve good effect, a computer is needed to control all these functions. The computer is the core of a 5D cinema, and every function of all the software and programs is integrally controlled by the computer. The movie has to be programmed according to the computer and then the computer set the exact time when to execute motions such as sound making and other special effects.
