Description 

It mainly consists of hopper, vibrating feeder, primary crushing equipment (jaw crusher or strong impact crusher), arc conveyer belt, multilayer screen, medium crushing equipment (strong impact crusher or cone crusher etc.), fine crushing equipment (PL vertical impact crusher etc.), movable belt conveyor, sand washer & washing apparatus and electric control equipment. They are placed on one or a couple of trailers, forming a complete movable crushing and screening line; are also be segmented fabrication, in the middle are linked by conveyor forming half movable model. The station is mainly used in highway, railway, metallurgy, ore mining, building materials and other enterprises which need to be relocated and mobile. The production capacity is *****0t/h.

Technical parameters

Remarks:

1. The equipment model of fine crushing can be selected and decided by the processed material  
type, product granularity size and productivity. 
2.  The sand making equipment, wet washer(wet method) and powder selecting machine are 
chosen depended on customer's need if they need to make sand or not.
