Description
Mobile gold recovery plant
HC***6 is composed by hopper, rock hammer crusher, sluice box, gold
separator, YC diesel generator, diesel engine, water pump and
combined type frame etc, besides it equip mechanical leveling
device which can support the system firmly, in order to ensure that
gold particles have the optimum separation.
1. Component
element
(1) Crush system The rock hammer crusher driven by *0HP diesel
engine, it can break rock which is not bigger than *0mm to minus
2.8mm, in that case useful mineral can be completely liberated from
the rock, then flows to gold sluice box which as rougher for
separation.
(2) Rough system
The rougher is a gold sluice box, it's ***0mm length with **0mm
width, it covered by professional gold recovery carpet.
(3) Clean system
The concentrate get from gold sluice box still has impurities, it
should have a re-separation of enrichment for the gold. Shaking
table is an excellent cleaner which can separate gold perfectly
with very low cost. The power is 1.1Kw only.
(4) Water system
The plant adopts an unified water supply system, it can supply ***0
tons per hour, because of low quality of water allowed for gold
separation, so the water can be recycled when it shortage. The
power of water supply system is 1.5kw only.
(5) Gold purify device
Amalgamator can be added on the mobile plant according to
customer's demand.
(6) Mobile device Whole plant move by wheels, and fix on the ground
by mechanical leveling supports when it working.

Application
Feed raw ore which is not bigger than *0mm into the rock hammer
crusher by hand. The crushed ore with water flows into gold sluice
box directly, the carpet on the gold sluice box can catch all heavy
particles, moreover light particles flow away with water because of
gradient. Clean those heavy particles from the carpet and put into
shaking table by hand for gold separation.
Nowadays conditions of the majority of rock gold mining become
worse to worse, large-scale mining machine is limited by the
condition, mobile gold recovery plant is an excellent solution for
small scale miners, because it's flexible, convenient, movable, low
cost and high recovery, it apply to small scale mining of rock gold
or placer gold.

Operation
(1) Try to find a place where is near water source and relatively
flat, put the mechanical leveling supports down until all wheels
hang in the air, adjust leveling support to ensure the operating
platform is level. Take water pump to the water source, check
whether the pipe is connected. Start the engine on.
(2) Feed raw ore into crusher equably and stably, check slurry out
from bottom of crusher whether it's unblocked, control the water
ensure to get best concentration for the slurry. In order to have
higher recovery, recommend that clean the carpet every 3 hours.
Collect all heavy mineral together, and then feed it into shaking
table for separation.
(3) Because the operating platform is very quivery when the crusher
is working, please shut it down when the shaking table start
separating work. The gold get from shaking table if it's still with
little impurity, it can be purified to over *0% by
amalgamation.
(4) Please clean machine before shut it down, take water pump and
pipe back and put them to right place, fix the table of shaking
table, raise the mechanical leveling supports and then drag the
trailer go next mining place.
