Product Type: BonpTM—GPM**0A Product Description: BonpTM-GPM**0A is made by maleic anhydride(MA) grafts ***** can keep the physical properties of polypropylene and show high polarity and reactivity.With high melting index and good mobility, GPM**0A can make fillers and pigments disperse evenly in the base resin. Especially suit for producing glass fiber reinforced polypropylene and polypropylene masterbatch, in order to improve the compatibility and adhesion of the interface of composite materials. Typical Applications& Recommend Dosage: 1.Polymer Coupling Agent: Used in filling composite materials, such as Wood, wood fiber, glass fiber, talc, calcium carbonate, mica, aluminum(Magnesium) hydroxide and so on, to improve the compatibility and adhesion of the interface between PP base resin and filler. Adding 5%*8% can greatly improve the mechanical properties and thermal-resistance properties of composite materials. 2.Polarity Enhancer: Used to increase the polarity of polypropylene.Adding *0%**0% can improve the dyeability and paint of polypropylene. 3.Dispersion Enhancers: Used in Filled polypropylene masterbatch, masterbatch, flame retardant masterbatch, degradable masterbatch and so on. Because it has strong interaction with pigments, dyes, flame retardants, etc., so it can promote the dispersion of pigments, dyes, flame retardants, ***** the polypropylene carrier resin. 4. Polymer Compatibilizer: Used in PP alloy, such as PP/PA、PP/PE. Adding 3%*5% can improve the compatibility and affinity of the interface.
