Monsooned Coffee Sorter is a sorting machine that sorts the coffee according to the product material at Spectrum Industries. This machine is of high reliability with DSP + FPGA hardware system, which collects massive information of data processing and acquires CCD colour image. The algorithm is based on the colour and shape of the coffee that is specialized in image processing algorithm.
