Motorcraft Spark Plugs

• Non Extended Tip - for many older model vehicle
• Extended Tip- helps prevent fouling at low engine speeds and self cleaning at high engine speed
• Extra-extended tip- used in specially designed engines to project farther into the combustion chamber
• Special extended tip- similar to above but may project even further into the cobustion chamber
• Surface gap- usually used in marine outboard motors
• Single platinum tip- used for both conventional and coil-on-plug ignition systems, provides service intervals from ****0 to *****0 miles
• Double platinum tip- used in distributorless ignition systems, provide ****0 mile service intervals
