type: CC NN EP Aramid conveyor belt( moulded edge and cut
edge)
Application: widely
used in coal ,mine, port, power station,metallurgy, chemistry to
carry materials.
Structure: cut edge
,moulded edge.
Character:
CC belt: it is a traditional belt which is suitable to carry
material for middle and short distance.
EP belt: the core materials are made
by EP E.S EP. The one is by D.SIEP is stabler in size at normal and
high temperature.
NN belt: good tensible, high
strength, anti-impact, so it is good for long and middle
transportation. the core material are made by nylon 6 and nylon66,
and the one made by nylon66 is stabler in size at normal and high
temperature.
Aramid fiber belt: the belt is so
light and high strength, anti-impact and heat resistant, suitable
to carry materials for long distance,big volume in high
speed.
Note: the thickness
of the cover, fabric plies, length can be discussed by both
parties.
According to cover character,
multi-ply fabric belt include standard,heat resistant,high
temperature resistant,abrasion resistant, abrasion&heat
resistant ,standard flame resistanct, anti-static, acid
resistant,oil resistanct, food calss, etc.
