S.E TECH has developed a world-leading ionic bonding technology to commercialize N*9, copper-conducted yarn, conductive yarn which combines nylon and acryl with copper sulphide. N*9 is yarn and fiber made of nano ionic bonding technology of copper sulfide with nylon and acrylic yarns.

The technology of N*9 reduces copper sulfide by being polymerized to fiber to prevent oxidation promotion. N*9, copper-conducted yarn forming ionic bonds of copper nano complex which is our specialized technology on the surface of the fiber provides its unique advantages different from an existing yarn.

Copper is the only material to contact the surface, and according to the data, copper continues to eradicate more than *9.9% of bacteria generated within 2 hours after contact with the bacteria, so it can protect the human body safely, and can promote the immune system through inhibition of the production of resistant bacteria.

[INSTRUCTION]

-Because copper is in the status of ionic bond on the surface of the fiber, Denier can vary average 2~3 .

In case of post-processing (dyeing), durability may be weakened and it may not have **0% reliability. When fabricating, it is recommended to proceed with dyeing.(High pressure and reactive dye is not recommended)

-Processing processes such as processing, raising, shearing, etc. that is subject to friction, elongation or osmotic pressure may cause dysfunction.

-In case of Rewinding, It must do low speed around **0 rpm or not It might has some problem which Copper peel off from surface of the yarn.

-The color that appears is coppers unique chromophore. As ionic bond disturbs free moving of molecules, dyeing is not easily available.

- Because of metallic salts, the color of inside and outside can be different.

-Yarn itself has a durability of *0 times of hand wash or *0 times of washing with washing machine.

Functional yarn should go through self-test after applying the yarn.
