FOB PROCEDURES
1. Buyer sends ICPO to Seller .
2. Seller issues commercial invoice. Buyer Countersigns and
returns to Seller along with buyers Tank Storage (TSA) and ATV
for sellers DD and approval.
3. Sellers issue Dip Test Authorization (DTA) Document to be
signed by both parties (Buyer/Seller) Including Buyer's
Tank Farm for proof of the Buyer's readiness to inject into
Buyer's Tanks upon Successful dip test in seller tank.
4. Seller issues the following documents for buyer and buyers SGS
team carry out the inspection on the Secured products in the
storage terminal:
a Approved DTA by the Ministry of Energy
b. Tank Storage Receipt (Rotterdam)
c. Tank Storage Agreement (TSA) for Sellers tank with ATV
d. Product Passport and analytical report issued by SGS
e. Fresh SGS report issued at Rotterdam shore tank
f. Injection report issued at Rotterdam shore tank
g. Certificate of Origin (Russia) h. Authorization to Sell
and Collect (ATSC)
i. Export License j. ATV (for verify all POPs)
5. Upon the receipt of the above documents, buyer within *2 hours
verifies, confirms and proceeds with the Dip Test in seller tanks
if necessary.
6. Upon successful Dip Test in Sellers tank, buyer provide TSR
& ATI and injection commences into
Buyers Tank Immediately and once Injection is completed by the
seller, buyer pay by MT**3 for fuel
7. Seller transfer title in buyers name & pays all the
intermediaries involved according IMFPA/NCND.
8. Seller and Buyer both sign one-year contract based on
agreement.

1: No any cash or financial instrument in advance for any reason
to any person or authority

2: Color scanned copy of Full POP documents to be sent to Buyer
via email and originals via courier DHL/UPS/FedEx
Note
3: ICPO shall not be circulated or distributed to any other
entity other than Seller party listed above
Note
4: Seller is responsible to pay for Sellers tank rent, pumping,
duet, taxes and all other related costs associated with
delivery of the products to Buyers tank and delivery of Full POP
documents
Note 5: Seller and Buyer mutually agree to utilize an
internationally recognized first class Independent Surveyor

Note
6: All POP documents must be original, verifiable and confirmed
by authorized authorities and Buyer is the only party to approve
the POP documents in this transaction,
