~1. It is suitable for making both soft and hard thermal bonded wadding, with adjustable weight.
2. This line uses low-melt or bio-component fiber properties to create stiff waddings, foam replacement for such as cushion, mattresses, acoustic and insulation felt, etc.
3. The material after forming into a batt is passed through a thermal-bonded oven with stainless steel or teflon belt. Where fitted the top belt is a moveable compression belt. Adopts stainless steel chain plated structure, to ensure the smoothness and flatness of product surface.
