 Q1: Which Kind of batteries you used, and whats the Brand of them?

A1: We used Lithium Polymer and Ion batteries, all of them are branded of the world like Samsung,LG, SANYO and the Top 3 inChinalike YOKU, as well as SaiJiaoYang, E-Battery etc.We refused to use lessknown & inferior batteries. Pay Top attention on quality.

  Q2: Which kinds of Certifications you owned on hands in factory?

A2: We used brand-newand environmental materials for all products. Already had CE, FCC, Rosh, UL,UN*8.3, and MSDS. We can also cooperate if customers have special requirementson Certificates or specify according Lab.

  Q3: Whats your Warranty?

A3: *-year Warranty for All. We supply 2 sets inspections, One is Parts Inspection beforeassembling; One is Mass production Inspection with real devices beforepacking, in order to ensure *9.*9% Pass Rate.

  Q4: Which kind of testing will be made before delivery?

A4: Over-charge &discharge, over-current, over-load, short-circuit, battery transfer rate,capacity of batteries and aging testing per each.

  Q5: Whats the BatteryTransfer Rate of your PB?

A5: ****5%up for ion,****5%up for polymer. As we design PCB control board by ourselves and createthe best platform for it, which is unique in the market.

  Q6: All toolings are developed and owned by yourself?

A6: Yes. We alreadydeveloped around **0 models; all of them are our private tooling. Half of them are OEM & ODM for regular customers, basedon confidential agreement between both of us.

  Q7：Can you do OEM&ODM design only forus?

A6: Yes, Its our biggest advantage with more than *0 years experience.  We will sign a confidentiality agreement toprotective customers intellectual property rights and market monopoly.

  Q8: Whats your MOQ?

A6:1K pcs/design fornormal products with normal packing;

3K pcs/design for Customers Logo and packing;

3K pcs/color for customized color;

  Q9: Whats yourmonthly output and delivery day?

A9: Our monthly is *0Kpcs finished products. Our delivery of normal products is **7 days; ****2daysfor customized logo and packing. ****0 days for customized tooling.

  Q*0: Do you have MFI for your battery case for iPhone?

Q*0: Yes. We alreadygot the MFI license from Apple Inc. But we still apple the Pin from Apple Incat the present stage. It needs time to supply the products with MFI.
