Oasis Coat RM is an Rubber Modified Bitumen Emulsion Coating, when emulsion are used in the field, water evaporates and Emulsifier with bitumen retained in the surface dries to form a tough,seamless, flexible water proof coating. It conformsto the requirement of ASTM Standard.

 Easy to apply
 Good adhesion to most building substrates
 Can be applied on damp substrates
 Excellent resistance against chlorides and
sulphate ions.
