Type: Drill String type and Near bit type.

Connection Thread: IF FH REG 

Use: It is mainly used to stabilize the drilling tools in the process of drilling hole.

HF***0 Hard facing with Crushed carbide with Trapizoidal insert

Stabilizer Type:

A.INTEGRAL STRAIGHT BLADE STABILIZER

Integral *-straight rib stabilizer, integral *- straight rib stabilizer, working surface are provided with carbide insert compound or overlay welding, etc. 

 

B. INTEGRAL SPIRAL BLADE STABILIZER

Integral *- spiral blade stabilizer, integral *- spiral blade stabilizer ( string type, near bit type ). The working hard-facing materials available separately are 

1. Carbide insert;

2. Inserted diamond compound 

3. Low temperature brazing tungsten carbide slug;

4. Surface bead welding abrasive welding rod, etc.

 

C. INTERCHANGEABLE SLEEVE STABILIZER

The replaceable sleeve stabilizer are available with two-piece and three-piece construction. The three-piece construction stabilizer is made of a body and a centralizing body(refer to sleeve replaceable). The advantage is that the sleeve can be changed quickly and easily after sleeve hardfacing is worn-out. This kind of stabilizer is especially suitable for working in directional well.
