The tunisian organic olive oil
CERCINA is the first product
marketed by MEDIMEXCO - Paris - France.
The oil was named CERCINA with reference to the Latin name of
the current archipelago Kerkennah lying off Sfax in the east
coast of the country and from where the family SAIDA is
origineted.
According to historians Cercina is the oldest center of olive
tree cultivation all over the Western Mediterranean.It is
actually, Herodotus, who claimed in the fifth century BC, that
it is "full of olive trees and vines".
