We have
two options to meet our customers’ need of omasum. Regarding to
customers demand we provide natural cleaned or as another choice
salted omasum with the best quality.
1) NATURAL CLEANED OMASUM: We have some processes for getting natural cleaned omasum. Firstly omasum about
8 kg are washed in warm water and then with steam. After that omasum is cleaned and whitened. Then purifying fat is performed and omasum is frozen. Before packing, we get 2.*-3.5 kg omasum. Finally packaged omasum is ready to reach the destination.
2) SALTED OMASUM: So as to get salted omasum, we have two choices as specified more detailed below:
a) Omasum is washed and salted. Then it is dried for *0 days. At the end of drying phase, omasum is packaged.
b) b) Omasum is washed and salted. Then we let omasum wait for 7 days. After that we make it purify from salt. Finally omasum is dried for 1 day and packaged.
