Automatic PVC Profile Corner Cleaning Machine

Application field:

Designed to clean the corners of PVC profiles from welding burrs

Technical Features:

    Automatic starts when profile is inserted

    Cleans the welding burrss on the top and bottom surfaces and the external corner angle in a single operation

    Rapid pneumatic blade changing system allows quickly replacing milling cutter groups when changing the type of profile that will be operated on

    Embedded with an automatic device for balancing the  frame positioning

    Adjustable operation speed

    Adjustable depth of cleaning for cutting devices and milling cutters

    Special shape of the working plate allows to operate on small frames
