Wholly foreign-owned enterprise, means the capital of enterprise all from foreign investors (ie, foreign enterprises, individual or partnership, includingHong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) investment in China established. Foreign organization generally as a limited company (ie, Ltd.), but does not include foreign companies, enterprises, other economic organizations established branches in China, such as branch offices, representative offices and so on.

 

Advantages WFOE

• Can operate in China and earnings, can issue a commercial invoice (foreign representative offices can not)

• You can apply for a residence permit for foreign employees working

• You can import and export trade and enjoy drawback

• Tax freedom and can apply to be general taxpayer

 

Disadvantages WFOE

• require the registered capital verification

• submit more informations, registered for long time
