The Project in its basic version  (production rate 4 m. tons) will make a substantial positive effect both on regional economy development and on Russian economy development on the whole. The Project realization will increase  the GDP (gross domestic product) no less than on *8,*8 m euro. Tax payment will be *3.6 m euro per annum.
Realization of such huge Project on deposit development and aggregate preparation plant construction will allow to reduce crushed stone deficit in the region, that is now covered by import from Ukraine.
The Project will contribute to implementation of federal target programs and national projects, including such as: Housing, Russia Transport System Modernization and subprograms Railway Transport Facilities, Highway Transport.
Moreover, the Project will have a high positive effect on the related sectors construction, railway transport, electric power industry, metallurgy, public utility industry and etc.
By the time when the Project reaches its full capacity the number of work places will be **0 and in case of maximum capacity they will increase up to ***0. The annual wage will come to 1,**3 m. euro. Furthermore, the new work places will be created due to the work growth in related sections ( construction, concrete production and etc.).
The Project will ensure increase of initial and additional investments into the industry within *0 years.
New infrastructure facilities will be erected during the project realization, including railways lines, highways, buildings and etc.
It should be mentioned that there is a possibility to create a complex program of mineral resources development in Voronezh Region. One of the biggest and potentially productive sulphide platinum cupronickel ores deposit is located near the Donskoi Granit deposit in Voronezh Region.
Donskoi Granit district is located in the Pavlovsky District, Voronezh Region in the northeastern  part of Kazinsky deposit. The district is at 3 km to the northeast of Bolshaya Kazinka village, the nearest railway station Granitnaya is located at *2 km to the northeast from the district. Don navigable river is at the distance of 6 km from the district to the southwest. Moscow-Rostov highway (Don, M*4) is at 4.5 km to the northeast from the district. Developed infrastructure make the project more attractive.
Mining and geological conditions are favorable for open extraction. To reduce any negative effect on the environment to the minimum the project documentation provides for a complex environmental activity (local people and state authorities representatives have supported the Project during public discussions).
Hydrologic conditions are relatively complicated and require to take complex actions (drainage and pumping-out). Geologic exploration, lab studies and appraisal of reserves were conducted at a high level.
The crushed granite of this deposit has good mechanical features and maybe used for road construction, mortar mixtures and concrete. A possibility of block stones mining expand  potential markets of the Project.
A small amount of sand at the deposit also has quality parameters that allow to use it in the field of roads construction and mortar mixtures production. There is a possibility to augment stocks of mortar sands in the process of deposit extension and further geological research.
Resources volume of the deposit is significant and is in several times excess over minimal values required for financial assessment (**4 **5 thousand m3 of crushed aggregates and ***7 thousand m3  of mortar sands).
A significant increase of the resources deposit  is possible during further explorations of the depth and periphery of the district.
Mining and geological conditions are favorable for surface mining.
To get more accurate parameters of the long-term development of the Project we recommend to make a detail analysis of optimal dimensions and models of mining equipment. It is recommended to manufacture any standard metallic constructions for aggregate processing plant in Russia for the purpose of control over the manufacturer. It is expected that the Project will have 3 parallel production lines, each of them will have the capacity about 3.5 m tons of commodity output per annum, that will allow to reach the designed capacity in a flexible form.
The choice of equipment and technology of crushing are based on a technological map, suggested by Metso Minerals company with allowance for quality features of the material that will be processed and requirements to final product standards.
Granite chips production will include three stages of crushing with a final manufacturing of the following fractures:
• ***0 mm (*2.7% of fragmented rock);
• ****0 mm (*2.5%);
• ****0 mm (*3%),
• Sand from wastes, **5 mm (*4.8 %)
•mixture of stones/sandС2 (7%).
