2)       Prices are subjected to changes without prior notice and should be verified upon issuance of Purchase Order

3)       Prices need to be confirmed with firm Purchase Order,  shipment date and brands within 3 weeks of quotation or will be considered null and void

4)       Product delivery is 6 weeks for repeat order and 7 weeks for new brand

5)       Minimum order is 3 container per size per brand. Any additional packaging material not used within 1 month will be charged back.
