The **0% Organic Aronia (chokeberry) juice has beneficial effects on the metabolism, the process of blood formation and the vitality of the body. Its regular consumption can lead to lowering of the blood pressure and blood sugar levels. Aronia juice is suitable for diabetics because of its lack of saccharose and high content of sorbitol. The antioxidants (vitamins, polyphenols) reduce the oxidative stress, caused for example by unhealthy diets, extreme physical/psychical exhaustion or radio- and chemotherapy. The chokeberry juice has benefical effects on people with high LDL-cholesterol levels (a.k.a. bad cholesterol) in the blood. There is no evidence that the aronia consumption has negative effect on the human health both in healthy and ill individuals.
