Honey is the natural sweet substance produced by honeybees from the nectar of blossoms or from the secretion of living parts of plants. It has been considered a youth elixir since the time of the ancient Egyptians. The beneficial characteristics of honey are its high nutritional value and the fast absorption of its carbohydrates on consumption.

Our honey comes from the sunny and clean natures of Macedonia. What makes our honey so special is that the bee hives are situated in an ecological friendly environment away from any kind of pollution. The nearby artificial lake and many streams make the flora very rich through most of the year. The best thing is that the area abounds with many kinds of tee herbs, mostly Thyme plantations, as well as Phacelia tanacetifolia. There are also plantations of Almond trees and Sour cherry, as well as wild strawberry and blackberry.

All these and many more combined give our honey a special aroma and taste as well as high valued nutritional, therapeutic and antimicrobial characteristics.

Our product is marked with the Macedonian sign for quality and organic production and that is why no one has tasted our honey only once.
