Pulp Molding Production ( in short : PMP ), which uses waste paper, cardboard, leftover material of paper mill, by pulper  making a certain Concentration pulp and pulp is absorbed by vacuum of special metal molding to become wet products, through drying , and shaping to become finished products.

The paper egg tray has all the advantage of the pulp molded products.

This production line uses waste paper add the raw material and the end products are dried paper trays which have the same chemical content as paper and which can be recycled ,less water consumption in the whole progress and has no water discharge,so make no pollution to the environment.
