The Manufacturing Process of Egg Tray Machine

A. Pulp Making System***-The waste paper as the raw material will be put into the hydraulic pulper, after smashing the coarse pulp will bepoured into the first pulp pool, the pump will pump pulp into the fiber refiner for further milling, then the pulp will be poured into the second pool, you should dilute with some water to reach the ideal pulp concentration for the egg tray forming machine. then the pump will pump the pulp into the forming tank. That's the first step***-pulp making system.

B. Forming System***- When the moulds immersed into the forming tank, under the action of vacuum pump & screw air compressor, the pulp will be transferred by the customized moulds onto the drying line. Under the negative pressure about *5% water on the wet products will be drew back to the pulp pool.For water in the whole process is closed circulating.  

C. Drying System***- the wet products will be fully dried after through the drying line

D. Packing System***-The dried egg tray will be collected and packed by auto stacking system which equipped with auto counter in the receiving part of the drying line. And for the egg carton with cover will be reshaped by hot press reshaping machine before packing.

E. After that finished products will be in warehouse.
