Customize engineering plastic
 
1. Make a plastic strip sample
We make a plastic strip sample to test, according to clients properties requirement.
 
2. Test
QC department test the plastic strip sample, determine its chemical composition, and record the data.
 
3. Customize a solution
We customize the solution for our client, basing on the data.
 
4. R & D formula
We develop a new formulation for the first trial production.
 
5. Analyze the first trial sample
Engineers test the trial batch, and check if there is any problem.
 
6. Approve the trial sample
Once all properties of the trial batch meet clients standards, we send the trial sample to client for approval.
 
7. Begin the bulk production
Once our client confirms the quality of the trial sample, we begin to the bulk production.
 
8. Inspect and control the the bulks quality
During the bulk production,we keep testing the products quality at a regular interval time, in order to assure the quality consistency in the whole production.
 
9. Approve the bulk samples quality
We send all the bulk samples to client for confirmation of the whole bulk quality.
 
*0.Delivery the bulk production
Once our client confirms the bulk samples quality, we arrange the delivery.
