PE jaw crusher

PE jaw crusher is mainly used in coarse crush and medium crush of mines,building materials,infrastructure construction sectors etc. It can be classified into large,medium and small types according to its width of feeding inlet. A large crusher is with an inlet more than **0mm,a medium one is with an inlet from **0mm to **0mm and a small one with an inlet below **0mm.It has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture with a reliable performance.

 Working principle

The main function part of the jaw crusher is composed of two jaw plates,fixed and movable.The fixed jaw is vertically fixed on the front wall of the machine body,the movable jaw is inclined and a crushing cavity which is of big top and small bottom is formed.The movable jaw plate swings back and forth,up and down with an eccentric shaft,driven by the motor through the pulley, so that the movable jaw plate conducts a Cyclical circulatory motion.The material is squeezed to break when the two jaw plates approach.Material enters the crushing cavity at the time of separation.The broken aggregate discharges from the outlet.

Scope of applications

1 Applied for primary crush of all kinds of ores to medium granularity with compressive strength less than **0MPa.

2 Used for coarse crushing prior to grinding in mining,including building material, metallurgy,chemical industry,mine,cement,abrasive,refractory etc.

3 Gravel production line for infrasrtructure engineering. Such as water conservancy, hydropower, high ways,high-speed railways,bridge.

4 Primary crush in gravel production line and sand production line.
