Plastics impart increased weathering resistance to natural fibre products and the end products therefore have a longer service life. Plastic products filled with wood flour are increasingly popular in the profile sector and other applications, such as cladding, window manufacture and diverse outdoor applications. The end products combine the advantages of plastics with those of natural fibres. WPC products enable shapes to be produced that cannot be produced by wood processing alone. This production line can produce PE, PP wood-plastic profile products, mainly is used for trays, box board, flooring, outdoor decorative materials, use very extensive. The line is a compact and easy-to-operate twin-screw extruder with a perfect cost/performance ratio. This series is available in four sizes featuring screw diameters of *1, *5, *0, *2, for a performance range of *0 kg/h to **0kg/h. The barrel sections provide precise temperature control, the heating and cooling drillings are positioned directly adjacent to the processing chambers. The cooling is by water injection, the heating by means of high-power electric cartridge heaters. This interplay ensures stable processing conditions, nitriding steel or induction hardened CrMo barrels are used to ensure reliable wear protection according to the requirements of specific applications.
