PE Wax

The low molecular weight PE wax is a kind of lubricant belonging to saturation hydrocarbons. Our product has noon-toxic, with no offensive smell, stable in chemical properties, well at solvent resistance, excellent dispersion properties, high plasticising, low volatility, good insulation and low migration. When this product used as an external lubricant for rigid PVC with other fatty acid internal lubricants, it is suitable for fitting with metal soaps, lead, organic tin-based and rare-earth stabilizers. It can improve the dispersion of the filler or pigment and fluidity of melt in polymer material alloy material alloy and color masterbatch.
 
Features
The product can be used as external lubricant in rigid PVC products like siding profiles, duxts and sheets, can also used in food packing material like sheets, film and bottle. It can be used a lubricant for polyolefin and dispersing agent for color masterbatch, also be used in ink and paper coatings.
